overview
Time Management for Busy Adults is a practical learning experience designed to help adults manage competing priorities, reduce overwhelm, and approach tasks with greater intention. The course introduces strategies that combine Agile productivity methods, adult learning principles, and AI-supported tools to help learners work more effectively.
the challenge
Many adults struggle with balancing work, personal responsibilities, and ongoing learning. Traditional time management approaches often focus on doing more, while this project focuses on helping learners prioritize what matters, break complex tasks into manageable steps, and develop sustainable habits.
my approach
I designed the course around three practical strategies: task chunking, the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) mindset, and the thoughtful use of AI tools. These approaches help learners overcome procrastination, start before they feel fully prepared, and use reflection and iteration to improve their productivity.
