Learning Strategies in the AI Era is a self-paced learning experience that helps adults become more effective, confident learners in a rapidly changing world. The course combines established learning theories with practical strategies and thoughtful use of AI to improve learning, productivity, and skill development.
the challenge
Many adults feel overwhelmed by the pace of technological change and are unsure how to learn new skills efficiently. This project addresses that challenge by providing practical, research-based strategies that help learners adapt while using AI as a supportive learning tool.
my approach
I designed the course using principles of adult learning theory and instructional design. Concepts such as retrieval practice, spaced learning, and the Agile concept of Most Viable Product (MVP) are paired with AI-supported activities that encourage learners to apply new knowledge immediately.
Deliverables
This project includes an eLearning course, instructional storyboard, presentation materials, learning activities, infographics, AI prompt guides, and downloadable worksheets. Together, these resources provide practical tools that learners can apply beyond the course.
